if you live in a state with laws against forced reset triggers or "rapid trigger activators", you can't possess the Super Safety  (look up your own laws please, but it should be CA, CO, CT, DE, FL, HI, IL, MA, MD, MN, NJ, NV, NY, OR, and RI that have laws against them).

1. Legal Shipping Restrictions

Dogwood Armory only ships products to states and jurisdictions where the item is legal under applicable federal, state, and local laws.

It is the customer’s responsibility to know and comply with their local laws before ordering.

2. Order Review & Cancellation

All orders are subject to legal review.
We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel orders

  • Refund payments

  • Request additional information

if legality is unclear or restricted.

3. Shipping Methods & Timing

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, compliance reviews, or high order volume.

4. Refused or Returned Shipments

Orders refused or returned due to legal restrictions or incorrect customer information may be subject to:

  • Restocking fees

  • Shipping costs deducted from refunds

5. Risk of Loss

Once the order is transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to the customer, except where prohibited by law.

6. No International Shipping

Dogwood Armory does not ship internationally.

Refund & Return Policy

1. All Sales Final Unless Otherwise Stated

Due to the nature of firearms-related products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.

2. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos if applicable

If approved, we may offer:

  • Replacement

  • Store credit

  • Refund at our discretion

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Firearms-related components once installed or used

  • Custom or special-order items

  • Items damaged due to improper installation or misuse

4. Unauthorized Returns

Returns sent without prior authorization will be refused and returned to sender.

5. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account termination and future order refusal.
